As a consistent top producer since 2001, Associate Broker and co-owner of the Nelson-Moe Group at COMPASS, I have developed a very critical eye for photography/videography in order to best showcase the properties we represent for our Sellers.

I understand Real Estate photography not only as a Photographer but also hands on as a Realtor with the expectations of a Seller – to sell a home quickly and for the highest value possible. Equally important are the expectations of Buyers who often get overwhelmed with the number of choices they see on the public Real Estate MLS sites. Unless the pictures and presentation package tell a story and trigger an emotion, these images can easily undervalue a home and leave it to be overlooked as just one of many choices.

As a Realtor for 23 years, licensed Broker and alumni of Cornell University’s Industrial Commercial Real Estate Development program, Real Estate has always been a major part of my professional life. As a Certified Real Estate Photographer after graduating from the Academy of Real Estate Photography and obtaining my Remote Drone Pilot license from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), I feel fortunate to have merged my long time passion of photography into my professional career. Today I am proud to collaborate and work alongside some of the best Real Estate Photographers in the Region.
